Domestic Returns

All domestic orders are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item was sent

If your order meets one of these conditions, please email bashadesignUS@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

All return or replacement requests must receive approval before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Once the item is received, it will be inspected by our team. If the damage or error is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not refund original shipping costs.

Basha Design reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.


International Returns

All international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.

If this occurs, please contact bashadesignUS@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
