Order Issues

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?

We are not always able to accommodate changes once an order has been placed as processing begins immediately. Please contact us ASAP at bashadesignUS@gmail.com so we can try our best to assist you.

My order already shipped but I need to change my mailing address

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched we are no longer able to make any adjustments. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address, a reshipment fee will apply and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Can I change the billing address for my order?

We are unable to edit billing addresses once an order has been placed. As long as your order was successfully processed and the shipping address is correct, your order will still be delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure quick delivery. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at bashadesignUS@gmail.com with your order number and request. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.


My item has arrived damaged or faulty

We’re very sorry to hear this.

Please email bashadesignUS@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our customer service team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if the damage is confirmed.

If your order was insured with Route Insurance, please file a claim through Route as well using your order number and the email used to place the order.


I received the wrong item

We're sorry for the mistake. Please email bashadesignUS@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item received and the packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent.


An item is missing from my order

Please contact us at bashadesignUS@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items received so our team can investigate and resolve the issue.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item was sent

If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact bashadesignUS@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


International Orders

All international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international purchases unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, instructions will be provided by our support team. Unauthorized returns will be refused.


Additional Policy

Basha Design reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
